1. Instant oatmeal (1/2 cup)- blend
2. A pear - steamed until tender & pureed.
3. Warm milk
Mix all ingredients together adjust preferred consistency.
Lunch Menu: Rice porridge with carrot & chicken
1. Rice (1/2 cup)
2. Chicken breast ( a few slices)
3. Carrot (1/2 cup)
4. Raisin ( a few bits)
5. spring onion
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and cover with water. Cook until tender.Wait until a bit cool and blend at preferred consistency.
